Skillando Digital Volunteering is a social impact project whose ultimate goal is to break down the digital divide for NPOs and Social Ventures in Italy and around the World.
To achieve this goal we create and erogize digital volunteering activities and initiatives for nonprofits, schools and social organizations.
We do this through a large community of digital native youth and human resources from companies and corporates who have a desire to create social impact by sharing skills, time and experiences.
Skillando DV's goal has always been to push digital professionals to use their experience, skills, ideas, entrepreneurial mindset, and imagination to improve and accelerate the development of impactful solutions to the social challenges of our time.
We are all professionals working and operating in the digital context with different seniorities: our skills cover different areas and are highly heterogeneous. This allows us to concretely tackle and develop different types of projects compatibly with the duration of individual initiatives.
Within our community we have boys and girls with skills in Web Design, Communication and Marketing, Data Analysis, Design, Graphics and Social Media Management.
We help nonprofit organizations in processes of innovation and digital transformation as well as in creating or revising internal processes, managing volunteers, and adopting new approaches to work through digital tools and platforms.
Very often we build fundraising campaigns, design communication, marketing and branding strategies, structure and build organizational models but, our real help comes from carrying out these activities together and in close contact with members of the target organization: in this way we apply what is called "learning by doing."
